Women's Strength & Tone
Thoughtful resistance training — glutes, core, and full-body strength without the aggressive gym-floor energy. Form-first, always.
Gilbert · Arizona · For Women
Renner Fitness is a boutique studio where movement is gentle, intentional, and entirely yours — built by a woman who understands the seasons of a woman's body and life.
Our Story
Renner Fitness LLC began with one belief: women deserve a space where fitness is never punishment — only permission to grow stronger on their own terms.
I started Renner Fitness because I was tired of gyms that made me feel like I had to shrink myself — physically and emotionally. After years of coaching women through postpartum recovery, midlife transitions, and the quiet burnout so many of us carry, I knew Gilbert needed something different.
This studio on Sandy Ct is small on purpose. One coach, one room, one community at a time. Whether you're stepping back into movement after years away or training for everyday strength, you will never be an afterthought here.
Welcome to your next chapter.
Rebecca incorporates Renner Fitness LLC in Kansas with a vision: a women-first studio model built on empathy, not intensity for its own sake.
Years of private training — postpartum, peri-menopause, desk-to-strong — shape the programming philosophy that defines the studio today.
The doors open at 2816 E Sandy Ct — a single-location boutique studio serving East Valley women who want coaching, not crowds.
Small-group classes, personal training, and restorative sessions — all led by Rebecca with the same care she wished she'd found years ago.
